'Treat game'
The prosecutor, presenting evidence, detailed Ruben's offending to the judicial body.

The defendant played a "sweet game" with the children, the prosecutor explained, in which he would enter the children's bedrooms when they were preparing to sleep and ask them to ingest treats "as fast as possible".
She informed the proceedings the defendant had engaged in this activity with the children "repeatedly", and children had previously become sick the subsequent day.

The legal representative continued: "This year his stepchild had suspicions about the situation, justifiably.
"They resolved" to examine in the defendant's belongings."
The legal counsel stated objects including baby oil, petroleum jelly and injection devices were found, and his stepchild notified the police about his concerns.
She stated the man went on to play the "candy game" with six children that evening - July 26th - and they were everyone unwell the next day.
"The police had not responded by that time," she continued.
The regulatory agency, the investigative body, earlier informed that it was investigating Leicestershire Police's handling of the situation.
Mrs Prior explained the minors were struggling to walk due to their sickness, so the stepson contacted the authorities a second time.
She said Ruben then played the "sweet game" in a area of five children.
